We want you to be completely happy with your rental. If not, we offer hassle free refunds or exchanges provided that:
1. The Bagsy security tag remains attached to the outside of the bag unbroken;
2. The handbag is posted back to us within 48 hours of you receiving the bag; and
3. You confirm by email to email@example.com that you are requesting a refund or exchange.
If these conditions are not met, the full rental fee will be due.
To return the bag, please contact us to let us know you are returning a bag, re-seal the box securely and we will arrange a UPS courier to pick up your package.
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our preloved shop. If not, we offer hassle free returns within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
To return the bag, please ensure the purchase tag remains attached to the bag, securely re-seal the box and contact us. We will arrange for a courier to pick up your package and issue a refund once we have received and examined the goods at our warehouse.
